House Rules
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-In : From 3 PM.
Check-Out : Before 11 AM.
Any request for check-in or check-out outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum capacity of the property is 4 people.
No additional guests are allowed without our prior approval.
Respect for the Neighbors
Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood by avoiding loud noises, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Use of Facilities
Kitchen : Please clean the appliances and utensils after use.
Appliances : Please use the provided equipment properly.
Air Conditioning: Respect the environment and turn off the air conditioner when you are out.
Pets
Even though we love animals
They are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking
The property is non-smoking. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Security
Close the doors and windows when you leave the property.
Do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Waste Management
Please sort your waste and use the designated bins.
Dispose of your trash and return your empty bottles.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
Immediately report any damage or malfunction.
Check-out
Follow these instructions for a smooth departure.
- Close All Windows Ensure all windows are securely closed.
- Turn Off All Lights and Electronic Devices Switch off lights, the television, and other electronic devices.
- Empty the Refrigerator Dispose of all perishable food and empty the trash bins.
- Take Out the Trash Place it in the appropriate containers.
- Wash the Dishes Clean and store any used dishes
- Reposition Furniture Return any moved furniture and objects to their original places.
- Check Personal Belongings Make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
- Report Any Damage Inform us of any damage or issues encountered during your stay.
- Lock the Door Ensure the door is securely locked when leaving.
- Leave the Keys Place the keys in the key box
